  • Customer Responsibility for Postage: The customer is responsible for all postage costs associated with exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.

  • Lost Items in Transit: We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process. If you are exchanging an item, please ensure you use a reliable and traceable shipping method. In the event that an item is lost in transit, we cannot be held liable for the loss or any associated costs.

  • 7. Import Taxes and Return Postage Costs

  • Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be incurred when receiving products in their country. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Return Postage: If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the postage costs for the reshipment of the item.
